Booking system
When you book an appointment through our online booking system (provided by Square), you will be asked to provide your name, email address and phone number. This information is used solely to manage your appointment.

Email and phone enquiries
If you contact us directly by email or phone, we will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. We do not store this information beyond what is needed to handle your query.

Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site. This helps us understand which pages are performing well and improve the user experience. Google Tag Manager is used to manage and deploy these tracking tools. Contract: to manage your booking and deliver the services you have requested.

Booking data is retained in line with Square's data retention policy and our own business records obligations.

Email and phone enquiry records are kept for no longer than twelve months unless there is an ongoing matter that requires us to retain them.

Analytics data is anonymised and retained in line with Google's data retention policy.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the following third parties where necessary to deliver our services.

Square — our online booking and payment platform.

Klarna — if you choose to use Klarna to spread the cost of a treatment, your data will be shared with Klarna in line with their privacy policy.

Google — anonymised analytics and usage data is processed by Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.

All third parties are required to handle your data securely and in line with applicable data protection law.
